Sessions last 50 minutes and take place at a regular time, one or several times per week.
Fee
My current fee is £90 per session. For those attending more than once weekly, a reduced per-session rate may be possible depending on circumstances — this can be discussed at the initial consultation.
Cancellation policy
Fees and cancellation policy will be discussed at the initial consultation. The consultation is also an opportunity to ask any questions you may have about how the work is structured, including practical arrangements such as fees and scheduling.
Initial consultation
I offer a free 20-minute initial consultation online, which provides an opportunity to discuss what brings you to therapy and to consider whether working together feels right. There is no obligation to continue beyond the initial conversation.
For those who would prefer more time at the outset, I also offer a full 50-minute consultation at my standard rate of £90, available in person in Highgate or online. This can provide a more spacious opportunity to explore what has brought you to therapy before deciding whether to proceed.
