In Highgate, North London, and online

Our unconscious is the key to our life’s pursuits
– C.G. Jung
You might be here because something specific is troubling you. Or perhaps something quieter – a persistent sense that things aren’t quite right, that you’re not quite yourself, or that the life you’re living doesn’t fully match the one you feel you should be living.
Whatever has brought you here, this kind of therapy is for those who want to go beneath the surface. Not just to manage symptoms, but to understand them – and in doing so, to find a more honest and grounded way of being.

About me
I’m a qualified Jungian psychotherapist practising in Highgate, North London, and online. I offer depth psychotherapy at one or several times per week. I have several years of clinical experience working with adults in private practice, and am a registered psychodynamic psychotherapist accredited by the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC). I am also a registered member of the Society of Analytical Psychology (SAP), and the International Association of Analytical Psychology (IAAP). My clinical work is supported by regular supervision, in accordance with ethical practice.
I find that people I work with are often those who sense that their difficulties have layers – that anxiety, low mood, or relational struggles are pointing towards something that deserves to be understood rather than simply relieved. If you are looking for a therapist in North London or an online therapist and that resonates, we may be well suited to work together.

About Jungian psychotherapy and analytical psychology
Sometimes the standard explanations for why we suffer don’t quite fit. Jungian analysis starts from the idea that symptoms have meaning – that anxiety, depression, or feeling stuck may be pointing towards something that deserves to be understood. It can be helpful at many different points in life – some people seek therapy in response to a specific difficulty or crisis, while others come with a more general sense that something is not quite right.
My approach is grounded in analytical psychology, a form of psychology developed by Swiss psychiatrist, Carl Jung, that focuses on understanding emotional experience in depth. It offers space to reflect on thoughts, feelings, and relationships, and to consider how past experiences may be influencing present ways of being. This work is not about quick fixes, but about fostering meaningful insight and gradual, lasting change.
Jungian analysis and psychotherapy can be helpful if you are experiencing:
- Anxiety or persistent unease
- Difficulties in relationships
- Depression and low mood
- Feeling stuck or overwhelmed
- Experiences of loss, change or life transitions
- A wish for deeper self-understanding
- Identity and self-esteem
- Trauma and difficult past experiences
- Life meaning and existential concerns
- Creative blocks and unfulfilled potential
